Important Announcement: Prism is shutting down permanently

After careful consideration, we have made the difficult decision to shut down our Prism mobile application. This decision was not made lightly, and we want to express our sincere gratitude for the support and loyalty of our Prism users.

Prism will be officially discontinued on February 20, 2024, 6:00 PM ET. After this date, the app will no longer be accessible, and all associated services will be terminated.

What does this mean for existing Prism users?

  • Payment Services: After February 20, 2024, you will no longer be able to use the Prism app. Please ensure that any pending or scheduled transactions are settled before the discontinuation date. We will attempt to complete all payment transactions that started processing at the time of termination, but those payments that are scheduled but not processed by that date will be cancelled. This means that all recurring payment series preset for future dates will not be processed by us.
  • Alternative Payment Methods: You may need to find alternative payment methods for your transactions. Many services, such as your bank’s bill pay, credit/debit cards, mobile wallets, and third-party payment apps, are readily available and widely accepted.
  • Bill Statements: After February 20, 2024, you will no longer receive bill alerts from the Prism app. To ensure you stay informed about bill amounts and due dates, please make arrangements with your biller to receive direct notifications through alternative methods, such as email or postal mail. You should retain the records confirming this change.
  • Data and Records: Any data stored within the app, such as user profiles, preferences, saved content, transaction records or receipts will be permanently deleted, unless the retention of those records is necessary to comply with our lawful record retention policies and procedures.
